The Skoodle Guarantee

The construction of our helmets comes with a three year guarantee from date of manufacture.

Simply email info@skoodlehelmets.com , tell us what’s wrong along with proof of purchase and we’ll be happy to help. If you have purchased direct from our website we will have that on file.

Never buy a cycle helmet second hand. Damage to the liner may not be visible.

Skoodle does not provide any guarantee for a helmet bought from eBay, as no authorised dealer has permission to sell Dashel’s products there.

Cosmetic damage to the outer shell (scratches to the plastic shell, or cracks in the carbon fibre gel coat) caused by knocks, are not covered by the guarantee.

Remember if you crash or drop your helmet, it needs replacing. Email info@skoodlehelmets.com so we can get the helmet back for recycling and we will offer you 30% off your replacement Skoodle.
